Luciano Aguilar S.A. and Eduardo de Pineda y CIA, with over 140 years and 65 years of experience respectively, merged in 2007 to create a new Company; Aguilar & Pineda. This merger gathers the experience and proven the reliability of both companies and makes it one of the most important industrial machinery representation companies in Spain for the textile sector.

Our current mission is to represent manufacturers of industrial equipment in the textile and chemical sectors. We service the entire process within the textile sector - from spinning to finishing. In the chemical sector, the most important areas of focus are basic chemistry, paint, plastics and pharmacy/cosmetics.
